Style Icon – Rachel Weisz
In light of her super covert marriage to one very dashing Daniel Craig, we were reminded of just how much we adore Rachel Weisz and her polished look. Weisz really got my attention in 2002’s “About a Boy” and I just can’t express in words how much I adore her classic style , which is always proper, tailored and wearable. Dressed down, I love her slightly edgier pieces layered over basics — namely well-cut or embellished jackets paired with tees and jeans like this look noted on Refinery29:
Beautiful, bold colors like red, green and fuschia give her fair complexion and striking dark hair the ultimate opportunity to pop on the red carpet.
Her black and white dress at last year’s Toronto Film Festival proves that simple lines, paired with unique pattern and detailing create an absolutely outstanding fashion statement.
Her casual style is relatable and down to earth. Her vibe is something we could easily build out of our own closets making us love her look even more. Weisz is often photographed rocking a striped tee with a cardi or blazer and a scarf as seen in this photo during a shopping trip this past March,
One last little note, is this truly the best picture that CNN could pull together for its quick post about the Craig/Weisz nuptials?
Oh wait, one more. Here’s a screen shot from “About a Boy.” Did I mention I kind of love this movie? Add it to the queue! Have a great week everyone!
