How to Be Healthy After Thanksgiving
You probably made your best attempt to eat in moderation and not to overindulge on Thanksgiving dinner. If this didn’t go as planned, don’t worry. A craving yesterday may have made you feel slothful and heavy today, unfortunately we can’t enjoy indulging in these foods every day . Here are some tips to get back on track.
Listen to your body
After many days of enjoying all of Thanksgiving filling foods. Time to pay attention to your body’s signals and stop eating when you’re full. Eat at a slow pace which will automatically help you control your portions while feeling more satisfied. This will help you get back on the track to your normal eating habits.

Up your activity
Get up and out. Feel lighter on your feet, get back to your regular routine of exercise and maybe go on an extra walk a day. Basically just be more active than usually. Get those muscles moving and your heart rate up, anything to a quick walk to a fast pace run. If time seems to be an issue add active into your everyday life by taking the stairs other than an elevator. Doing more than usually should get you back on track.
